Because they also have big discount on products like salmon and pasties until lunch (these products are the one from the day before that haven’t been sold) and while the expiration date is usually day +1 if you like to buy the food for the day of or the day after these are perfect items!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In Taiwan, there’s Carrefour, and then there’s Tienmu Carrefour. This Carrefour in Tienmu is in a league of its own. It offers a huge selection of imported goods from around the globe, and the on-site bakery makes some of the best bread in town. If you are a fan of handmade sausages, don’t miss the sausage shop near the fruit section. You will be blown away by its wide selection of sausages. Aside from the good foods, this Carrefour also has the friendliest staff in Taiwan. If there’s a specific item you are looking for, don’t hesitate to ask them, they will go to distance to make sure you find what you are looking for.

Fruit and veg are soso.
There’s always parking available but to get to B2 with the shopping trolley requires using the electric wheel chair ramp. It needs to be operated by an employee.
Once on the second level there’s no travelator back down without going through the tills.
