A female employee stopped me from entering at the exit point where the entire area was seemingly empty. She then told me to go around to the designated entry so that I will be registered in their system.
I told her that what I was looking for was near the exit area. She still insisted that I go around. I answered that I prefer to not enter instead and that Carrefour Xinren has lost me as a customer.
My problem with her was the bossy tone she adopted in dealing with the situation. Until she realizes that the customer is the boss, she will not go far as a salesperson.
I have seen this kind of untrained, unprofessional attitude exhibited on a daily basis in Tainan.
