★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a horrible service by Marry at the A9 Cartier. Was going to purchase some things but she was so rude that I decided to leave. She should get proper training on how to treat costumers. If you want to shop at Cartier in Xinyi, recommend you to go to the one at Taipei 101. The service is so much better and you'll have a great purchasing experience.

Poorly trained staff and unreasonable service.
Same day I went by the new pop-up store(Cartier box) in mega , much better.
Worst Cartier(A9) I ever been to in Taipei, their manager should do something about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got service from a well trained old lady, she thought we were just browsing so treated us rude so we would leave very soon without wasting her time, good training and SOP Cartier! I can only rate 2 stars as she didn’t do her best, will rate 5 stars next time if they ask me to leave at the entrance.
