The styles that my boyfriend and I like are very different from the colors. We keep switching on and off for us to try on several styles, and help us find the right wedding ring. There may be ghosts in the process. When hitting the wall, there was no hint of impatience or helplessness, and the service was very enthusiastic. Thank you very much!

R	Royce Huang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自己還蠻幸運的，在愛馬仕得不到溫暖，逛到這兒來，遇到的是很多人推薦的Kiki（之前並不知道，是要寫評論前看過一輪所有評論，發現她是呼聲最高的兩位服務人員之一）本來只是隨便看看，結果卻煞到美洲豹白金寬版戒指。因為要價不斐，所以還是決定回家小小考慮掙扎了一下。當下訂決心要去帶回家的時侯卻因為氣溫驟降，戒圍突然大出指頭好多，最後買了另外的釘子款。消費過程中都蠻開心的，我想除了因為產品設計美，最重要的就是Kiki充滿笑容親切熱忱的服務！（要更努力賺錢帶回鑽豹！我很容易變心的，哈哈） I am quite lucky. H	Hsu-Hung Huang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing and unprofessional Visited on the 9th of October, wanting to purchase a pair of la panthère earrings for my mother's 50th and a new watch for myself, we were met with the most unprofessional service I have experienced to date shopping in the luxury market globally. Firstly, we have not been greeted or acknowledged at the door yet we kept on browsing as we presumed the SA's were all occupied. Shortly after we've made the decision to go ahead with the purchase as my mother has fallen completely in love with the said earrings. As we were trying to grab anyone's attention, the SA's were just casually prancing around the store whilst laughing and chatting with each other upon clearly seeing us standing there, needing assistance. Furthermore, there were SA's filling up the bars in the back who saw us and did not do a thing either. This is absolutely infuriating, the service was not up to standards compared to the other Cartier boutiques around the world that we have shopped with.

I have asked my younger family member to visit the store for a wedding ring selection, but obviously received close to no service because of her young looks , and was suggested by Ms Chen that she should take a look at the website instead of coming to the store. This is not acceptable, and as a long time Cartier customer, I have to once again point out how disappointed I am with this location, and do not recommend this boutique.
