原本一直有下背痛的困擾
而且和女伴房事結束後腰都酸到不行
不管深蹲、硬舉練再多都沒改善
但經過教練的核心評估找到不舒服的方向再訓練後
現在都不會腰痠了！！！
體力也好了不少！！！
