自1988年開始，貓咖啡就已經存在了，只不過那時候的我們只是一台小小的行動咖啡車，穿梭於南台灣的各個角落，在各個上山下海的悠閒景點都能看見我們的蹤跡。 我們就這樣秉持著『慢工出細活的咖啡藝術』，開啟了遊牧生活式的行動咖啡Bar！
在行動咖啡車的路上，結交了許多喜愛咖啡的同好們，與我們一起探索玩咖啡的藝術。 就這樣到了2014前，覺得玩咖啡的日子無法再滿足自己對咖啡的求知慾望，為了更了解咖啡豆的相關知識，決定到大武山上探訪朋友的咖啡莊園，讓我們了解了咖啡豆的生長過程，也更燃起我們對咖啡的熱忱。
在2015、2016期間接受正統［S.C.A.E歐洲精品咖啡學習與認證］，繼而建立一間烘焙咖啡工作室，也就是現在的『 貓咖啡。Cat Coffee 』( 禾富食品事業有限公司 )。 我們秉持著No Coffee , No Life 的精神，期望能將咖啡融入你我的日常！
