態度極差,一看到我就罵我說沒預約,用罵的喔。原來現在保個旅平險還被要求提前預約,還可以罵人,口氣像是欠你幾百萬似的。向客服中心反應馬上推乾淨,第一次被這樣對待,看得出來你也不差我幾百塊業績,國泰保險列為黑名單。
