★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A spectacular building. The lobby is equipped with beautiful sculpture on the pillar, and long couch is provided for guests to sit and wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grand building at the heart of Xinyi Area. It’s the headquarter of Cathay Bank and Cathay Financial Holdings. At the left hand side from the main entrance you see the bank, the right the office and conference rooms. There’s also a Starbucks with limited seats on the very right-end. The building was completed in 2002, with 24 floors (including the top floor where the chairman of Cathay stays when he visits) and 4 basements. Cathay also rents out the office to other companies such as IBM, UBS and EPSON etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice office space focusing more on traditional / brick designs than glass. Spacious and modern interiors and plenty of nice meeting rooms around so it's a pleasure to visit when there are business presentations held here. It's very easy to refill on energy as well with great food nearby and a convenience store on the premises.
