嚴重懷疑這間公司的教育訓練是不是有問題 車禍強制險理賠的部分 連基本告知都不會檢查文件也不會檢查清楚 收件的時候沒告知說不同科要多開一張診斷證明書 打電話問只有跟我說她沒注意想說都是同一間醫院 拜託我們又不是很常在出車禍 連基本告知不同科系要不同診斷證明也不會嗎? 總公司的回應更讓我覺得好笑 說他們只是幫忙轉辦的,所以國泰旗下所有分公司都沒在教育訓練嗎?連基本告知都不會哦?還說不給就頂多就賠一張的錢而已啊?公司都不感覺自己有什麼問題嗎?你們台中幫忙理賠的地方的規則是不是應該要跟所有旗下的分公司交代清楚收件內容?避免客戶再多跑一趟麻煩到人家?以前去別間申請都沒有這個問題欸?就算是規則不同 公司也有義務要跟客戶告知吧?還有車費我們要給收據,轉辦人員跟我說不用?說什麼理賠那邊會自己試算里程再做理賠^_^第一次聽說這樣的理賠方式呢??‍♀️ 處理態度也很是差,給不出個交代來?
