地點景色不錯,在探索公園旁!可惜人不如景,服務不周到,16年來第一次申請住院理賠,囉哩囉嗦,反反覆覆,一次又一次詢問病情(為何住院),實在是~繳費一款面色(色悦),而要理賠時,又另外一款面色(色難)!讓人不勝唏噓(這麽大的一個公司!其實早有耳聞,這個公司理赔均會叨難!)

由於遇到的業務非常不ok,所以打電話詢問業務要的資料是否為必須,結果一直鬼打牆,只會官腔回應叫我給案件編號,聯絡負責的業務來處理,來跟我解釋,完全不給答案,浪費人家電話錢!難道客服連需要什麼資料都不清楚嗎? 後來問了朋友(別家業務),直接很明確的跟我說業務跟我要的資料是必須的,所以要客服人員幹嘛?
