★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天下午來國泰人壽桃園分處申請保險理賠 整個感覺體驗是很好的 從到大門門口接代的警衛北北 很親切詢問我要需要怎樣的服務 項目然後幫我按了服務鍵 我就等待準備叫號
今天下午只有3位服務窗口 不過我有發現到國泰人壽的服務人員 都很有禮貌 而且每進去一個新的客戶 警衛北北他會先用酒精 消毒完成之後 才會讓下一位客戶進去
輪到我的時候 客服小姐不但很仔細詢問我的需求 你幫我保單申請明細申請好 國泰人壽APP幫我帳戶開通完成 他們只營業到5點 有耽誤到他們下班真的有點不好意思

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 剛來時、才3個人 ，現在已經等待的人已經有 8、9個人了 ，這50分鐘裡 才進去理賠部裡面 一個人、等於 五個理賠部門、這1個小時裡 只服務 6個人員 。
When I first came, there were only 3 people, and now there are 8 or 9 people waiting. Only one person in the claims department has been in the 50 minutes, which is equal to five claims departments, and only 6 people are served in this hour.
