「新竹健檢唯一不推薦」 1.健檢前安排差,光是預約就可以煩死你 2.電話請當做沒有,沒人會去接 3.動線安排差勁,運氣不好你會等很久 4.護理師態度不佳 5.人多只是因為有跟企業配合,不代表服務好 新竹還有其他不錯的,為了自身著想,別浪費時間精神來這間,國泰好,絕對不是新竹中心好

醫生專業度夠,服務人員動線安排很差,早餐變中餐,亂塞人,貴公司知道問題出在哪嗎?因為,你們家的人,只會塞排隊,讓客人排隊,沒注意他的檢查項目要等多久,有些人項目剛好都要等的排在一起,早餐當然變中餐啦!補充:中餐要變外帶餐盒了!

不知道是否選周四平日健診的關係,體驗非常好非常流暢,每檢查完一個項目,親切的服務人員就馬上幫您確認下一站,每站都不會等很久,非常有效率的完成檢查,新館很新乾淨,醫師技術員檢查也很仔細,當初看評論有些猶豫,還好還是順利完成健檢,給所有工作醫護人員五星感謝~~

之前來健康檢查過覺得不錯才推薦老婆來 但這次健檢覺得不是很愉快 !X光機檢修前一天晚上才通知 ,都已經請好假才在問要不要約其他時間 ,檢修機器這麼晚才知道嗎 ?隔天沒有檢查的項目 還要另外撥時間來檢查 ,當別人都很閒嗎?這就算了 再次來檢查 前一天空腹 檢查完竟然說早餐上次就發過 這次再檢就沒有早餐,拜託一份早餐才多少錢,你們沒善盡告知義務的疏失 導致再跑一趟,光是油錢時間都不止了,真的覺得很氣憤 這麼大一間品牌公司 服務做成這樣

整體流程動線環境讓人感覺蠻舒適的,不過人真的很多,生意非常的好,之前預約後要改期電話打了好久才通,一改就一個月後了,人真的很多不過醫護人員們都蠻親切的 ,不過餐點似乎比較隨便點

第三次來,服務每況愈下,去年檢查婦超,醫生一直說可以開刀了,態度不專業,問卷反應問題也只得到一個簡訊的罐頭回覆,今年因為公司有合作,只能再來,結果人超多,安排的順序超差,每項都要等10分鐘以上,體檢單位態度冷淡,防疫期間完全沒考量社交距離,做完不需空腹的檢查也不會提醒喝水,超級不貼心,乳房和婦科超音波都超雷,工作人員的服務已經流於制式化,完全失去了健檢中心的優勢,去醫院的健檢中心還比較好,早餐也很糟糕,多年來未改善,如果自己花錢,絕對不想再來這裡健檢。
