★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received excellent service when visiting this bank to open an account and to apply for a credit card. I emailed Cathay to see if I needed an appointment for a particular afternoon, and they told me just to come by and that there would be English speakers to help. The gentleman who helped me was very courteous and offered excellent service. This was definitely one of the best experiences I've had in a Taiwan bank!
