★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 真的等太久了，對於一般客戶來辦事的人不夠友善，雖然抽號碼牌有分vip、理財等.…但是真的等太久了，這應該是規劃管理的問題，不夠臨櫃辦理就應該多設些櫃臺或是服務專區。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 不是謹慎是刁難，辦理繼承，文件資料都備齊了，硬要看完稅證明正本，我拿影印本給行員看，還是要求要看正本，我指出依照銀行的繼承規定未達20萬不用完稅證明，而往生者在這家銀行只有10幾萬的現金存款，行員跟我說往生者有土地和房產也算在內。
這是哪門子說法？如果不用完稅證明妳們會知道往生者還有多少其他資產嗎？希望這只是個別行員的錯誤理解而不是所有國泰世華都是這樣的文化
It’s not prudence, it’s making things difficult. For inheritance, all documents and materials are ready. I have to read the original tax certificate. I show the photocopy to the clerk. I still ask to see the original. The deceased only had a cash deposit of tens of thousands of yuan in this bank. The staff told me that the deceased had land and real estate.
What kind of statement is this? Would you know how much other assets the deceased had without a tax payment certificate? I hope this is just a misunderstanding of some staff members and not all Cathay Pacific and Shihua have such a culture
