There are really many people. Although I waited for a while, the staff are friendly and enthusiastic to explain, which is a good account opening experience. The only fly in the ointment is that the security attitude needs to be improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 開戶慎選，把人當賊防，都已調我的聯徵了，只因為我最近開比較多家就諸多理由不願辦，如果覺得信用有問題的話，三月底線上辦卡為啥當日即核卡？如此行為不是很可笑嗎？乾脆所有的業務都改線上就好不需要在這裡設分行啊！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have an online wiring issue and ask the clerk for help. However she is not able to figure out what the the problem is and claims that this must be my fault. She calls the customer service instead . The customer service staff is way more helpful than the clerk. Poor service and lack of professionalism.
