我覺得能事先在網路上填好資料真的太棒了，省了很多時間！
服務人員人也很好！會與你稍微聊天感覺很不錯，然後也很有耐心教導並非常專業！
唯一美中不足的一點是，金融卡真的長很醜（榮登我所有銀行金融卡最醜的銀行）真的發自內心建議，金融卡美感部分真的要再加油?！

The service staff are also very nice! It feels good to chat with you a little bit, and then be patient and very professional!
The only fly in the ointment is that the financial card is really long and ugly (ranked as the ugliest bank in all of my bank financial cards). I really suggest from the heart that the aesthetic part of the financial card really needs to come on ?!

但是等待時間蠻久的，
借問可否借一下廁所，
銀行都沒有提供我知道，但是偶有不方便時候，曾經在別的銀行有問過一兩次
都會體諒，但此分行直接說沒辦法沒有喔
有時候服務態度不是微笑而已
是同理心
