★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 去換個銀行卡密碼，竟然需要一個小時。一個比我慢進來的，竟然比我還快受到服務。詢問小姐為何這樣，竟然說對方是VIP。我每天被國泰介紹優惠借貸方案時，也說我是VIP，然後到真的需要服務，就不是VIP了。笑死。
最後換個密碼，搞了快兩個小時。

從網路上資訊就預料到國泰開戶會有繁瑣的線上流程，所以已經預留一個下午的時間臨櫃開戶，沒想到為我服務的馮惠靖小姐態度優良、待人親切、做事又有效率，預估至少1-3小時的時間濃縮到半個多小時就完成，超乎想像的服務體驗。
在此，再次感謝馮惠靖小姐的幫忙！不僅效率神速地解決了我的問題，態度更是讓人如沐春風！！！謝謝！！！
