★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中午時段去辦外幣業務，只剩一服務員可以理解，對客戶貼心服務也可以理解，為了一位客戶服務超過快30分鐘，貴銀行到動作效率為免太差了吧。11:43分拉排子，12:10放棄排隊，整整浪費了30分鐘。
When I go to do foreign currency business at noon, only one waiter can understand, and I can understand the considerate service to customers. For a customer to serve more than 30 minutes, the efficiency of your bank's action is not too bad. At 11:43, I pulled the queue, and at 12:10 I gave up the queue, which was a total waste of 30 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3點時要辦理業務，門口被一名女行員告知去民生分行比較快，不讓我抽號碼意圖很明顯，感覺不太舒服，很篤定的說那邊都沒什麼人過去還比較快，結果聽信她的話到了民生，結果被告知等待的時間還比較久，現場人也很多，???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not help me to open the bank account because they demanded that I be able to read Chinese or bring someone to read and translate everything for me. This would of been my second bank account and I never had trouble opening an account before. The other bank was helpful and kind towards me.
Cathay United employees kept saying 很麻煩 anytime I had a question. Really rude and poor attitudes to help a foreigner
