★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 去過的國泰世華銀行中，服務態度最差的，也最不專業的。一進門，一個小姐站在取號機前，我說要繳信用卡費，然後她叫我用ATM，我說我沒有國泰卡，要用現金繳，她又說別家卡也可以，我就說我沒有要用卡，我要用現金繳，這才給我號碼牌。一整個鬼打牆浪費時間。接著等叫號，輪到號的客人可能不在現場，那櫃檯叫兩聲沒人回應，坐在旁邊男保全突然口氣很差又很大聲的喊號碼。這家分行到底是怎樣...，沒有在管服務態度就對了。
