不知為何這分行處理速度就是很慢,一排行員坐在裡面處理事情,有一度3分鐘過了,才開始叫下一號,底下已經等一堆客戶了。別的分行沒有這種問題,別的分行會分流,有人引導到其他專櫃處理,至少不會讓櫃台空在那。中山分行應該好好想想,找出原因改善叫號速度。
I don't know why the processing speed of this branch is very slow. A line of people sat inside to deal with things. It was three minutes before calling the next number, and a bunch of customers were already waiting for them. Other branches do not have this problem. Other branches will diverge, and someone will direct them to other counters, at least not leaving the counters empty. Zhongshan branch should think about it and find out the reasons to improve the speed of calling numbers.

我在7/26下午2:40至貴司台北中山分行要辦理更換金融卡服務。於當下由警衛人員提供號碼牌之後,等待約莫15分鐘後,向大廳接待服務行員反應,於我之後的顧客,均已至一般櫃檯完成業務,甚至一度大廳無等候叫號顧客,都未叫到我的號碼。當下人員反應,換卡需至開戶櫃檯才能辦理更換,但是因為2個開戶櫃檯當時都有客戶,所以要請一般櫃檯協助我換卡。之後我又等待了15分鐘,至3:10仍不見有任何想要為我服務的跡象,再度向大廳接待行員反應,表示目前有一個開戶櫃檯雖然客人已離開,但是尚未做資料建檔,所以還是不能為我服務,因此我非常不悅的離開,也沒完成我原本要辦理的換卡業務。 我非常不能理解貴司的作業流程,我至其它的銀行辦理換卡,都是能在一般櫃檯就進行的,為什麼貴司非得要執著於開戶櫃檯辦理?另外當我在3:10向人員反應的前1分鐘,我親眼看的另一位客人進來時,也是抽取開戶號碼,但是立刻就有另一位開戶櫃檯的人員走出來,提供給這位客人一般櫃檯的號碼牌,還親口對她說:『現在開戶櫃檯都在忙,你用一般櫃檯的編號就能很快為你服務』,請問,這是什麼狀況,貴司的作業流程是因人而異與一國兩制嗎?

只不過國泰世華手機app密碼被鎖,需要到銀行重新申請密碼,還需要印章!我覺得國泰世華很過時,動不動就需要印章!設計的app不方便使用,分行動作面也很慢!太過時的思維!若不是因為外幣帳戶需要到國泰使用,基本上都不會想使用國泰的任何沒有效率的各種軟體與卡片!
