★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cave’s is my favourite bookstore in Tainan. It has a really comprehensive choice, and I’m particularly fond of the children’s books for my students and son. The English teaching books for GEPT and IELTS could be a bit more diverse, and the prices aren’t exactly cheap. If this place had sales and discounts it would be a lot better for the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can buy many English books here but it is suggested to park the car in the parking lot near by or you may get fined. The service is good, sometimes you may not be able to find the book you want though. There’s a space for kids to study so parents can take a break or read with them. Some books in different languages that are hard to find in other bookshops can be found here. They provide many English books from the publishers like Oxford and especially the storybooks for kids are really interesting and helpful for them to learn English! There’s an elevator but last time I visited it was not available so you may ask the clerks.
