★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這仲介一開始覺得蠻熱情的，想說應該服務會不錯，後面看房確定之後，完全不追蹤、不報告狀況，時間到了，親自去確認才發現很多約定事項都沒完成，但時間已經拖過原本約定時間，搬家公司都已經約好時間，雖然我們前一天已經去找好備案，不租也沒關係，但房東還是OK，不想因為一個差勁的仲介就因此不租，所以還是租了，仲介費也給了，但這是個不愉悅的經驗
The agent felt quite enthusiastic at first, and wanted to say that the service would be good. After the inspection was confirmed later, he did not track or report the status at all. When the time came, I personally confirmed that many of the agreed items were not completed, but the time has passed. The time was originally agreed, and the moving company has already made an appointment. Although we have gone for the record the day before, it does not matter if we don’t rent, but the landlord is still OK. I don’t want to stop renting because of a bad agency, so I still rent. I gave it too, but it was an unpleasant experience
