★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very nice modern rooms with roof to floor windows. Decent breakfast selection and they friendly staff were accommodating to giving us take away box to bring some fruits and bread up to the room for my 1yr old niece.
Unfortunately the dinner restaurant staff was forgetful and couldn't understand basic requests like room temp water for the baby. She kept bringing out scolding got water. Eventually we had to ask her to bring out bottled water. It's almost forgivable since they're located in such a remote City, but if they can just fix this bit every thing else was great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room is quite large and clean. There is an access to Family Mart (minimarket) where you can buy snacks etc. there is a streetfood in front of the minimarket too. But if you want to go there from the hotel, the access is a bit far and not really close. You need to walk ETA 10~15mins to go there. The street is very quiet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the best hotels in this area I think. Cozy and modern hotel room. For now the rooftop spa is closed but we could use the one in 東遊季 which may actually be a better experience. We didn’t know the free dinner included is not buffet but a shabu shabu instead until we checked in but the shabu shabu turns out to be very nice. One thing could be improved for the dinner was the fruit plate at the end. The fruit quality was not good. The free optional activities provided by the hotel is also quite interesting. The buffet breakfast could be improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The facilities in this hotel are new. There are hot springs which are pretty good free services and the most important features for guests to use on the top floor. It also has a gym but a bit small. Attention to the checkout time is at 11:00. By the way, I dislike the water temperature from the shower head, it's too unstable for me to relax and enjoy my bath time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a wonderful stay here, the rooms and facility are all very well maintained and clean. Every staff we encountered with are super friendly and helpful. The onsen on the top floor is also great, you are right up against the mountain, it's very quiet and peaceful. The breakfast buffet features mostly Asian cuisine but everything we tried is very delicious and fresh.
Overall, we really enjoy our stay and will definitely return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice hotel, but for five star hotel I’m expecting more on the facilities. When we book it we thought that we can enjoy the hot spring in the hotel with the outdoor view, it turn out we can only do it with the small bath up inside room. The seafood choices and buffet is just nice nothing special. They should provide more activities for the guests to join... late meal with dance or live music will be enjoyable. Overall is okay experience, nothing bad in here. Just found they don’t clean the room enough, There’s snack pack from the last guest in our room. Thought, it’s still the first choice if you have enough budget to stay in this area.
