Best Chinese tea house in Taiwan

A	Alexander Wang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm told it's a franchise by a Taiwanese friend. The interior design was very Chinese and they have many things on the menu other than tea. Overall it's a good place to have a chat with friends.
顏	顏郡賢 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a very good place to try a new style of tea cuisine. Lots of food and sweet either infused with tea in sauce/dressing or inside the food. It was so special, which my British friend love here a lot. Especially good for vegetarian western because there is a whole set meal for them!!! A good tip to get the best out of tea is: brew 2-3 min, ask another teapot, pull all the tea to another teapot, so the tea leaves stay in the 1sr teapot. In the case, not overbrewing of tea!!! It's much more delicate!

They first serve a tea, which they are known for, then they serve this warm sweet apple-cider taste drink in shot glasses which can be refilled once. It has a soothing, calming effect before eating a meal. I love their dim sums, which according to our friend tea is being incorporated to their dishes. For a big place like this their staff are all attentive. We ended the meal with must try jelly desserts, coffee and raspberry drinks.

My family of four came here on July 2, 2018 some time after 14:00 when tea sets were available. Having had tea-based rather heavy salty and sweetie delights, we decided to skip dinner!
