★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務態度，女店員，相片裡拍到站櫃檯結帳店員！期待她的服務態度可以不要這麼制式化！詢問商品品項種類說話方式什麼都是這樣的等等....我可能重聽障礙，您說話方式....已經不是第一次，調整一下說話方式吧。現在每次看到她站櫃台結帳我都不想買！以前非常長買，現在看人買了。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大杯913茶拿鐵只裝了八分滿且味道非常稀淡，像摻了不少水。我知道天仁茗茶的出餐品質不是這種水準，而是這間分店的店員素質待加強。
The large cup of 913 tea latte is only 80% full and the taste is very thin, like a lot of water. I know that the quality of Tenren Tea is not at this level, but the quality of the staff in this branch needs to be improved.

喝過最差的一家天仁分店
(而且chaffee的913比喫茶趣togo貴10元，茶味還更淡)
The checkout clerk kindly asked whether it was hot or warm, and told it to be hot, but the result was warm (the checkout clerk and the maker are different people)
Worst drink ever at a Tenren branch
(And chaffee's 913 is 10 yuan more expensive than the tea fun togo, and the tea taste is even lighter)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered 4 drinks and I asked them if I can eat the ice cream there because you can't eat while walking during this pandemic period and the staff said yes, so I ordered the ice cream too.
Then when I got the ice cream and sat down and I had my first bite, they said I couldn't sit there.......but I can stand there...... so I gave them back my ice cream and told them I don't want it anymore.
I've always been a loyal customer of Tenren's even from overseas
But what kind of shop is this.........
