很好吃耶!是很濃濁的湯頭路線(本人重口味)而且我剛好買到的麵線鮮蚵超大顆新鮮,整個很幸運,跟本店味道差不多~如果鮮蚵一直都這麼大顆新鮮就推推推~ 大腸也是有滷過的有味道大腸~?

明明是在永和,怎麼會是叫「萬華腸蚵麵線」呢?或許就跟永和豆漿全世界都可以看得到是一樣的道理。另外是中永和可是麵線的一級戰區啊,有誰敢說自己是全台灣最好吃的麵線?就是這裡,所以我也想來挑戰一下這個幾位老饕掛保證的店家,身為永和人,沒想到我是在幾位長者的連續署名推薦後才認識這一家麵線,這樣用自己的名譽來做保證,我就想要來挑戰看看是否真的能夠說服我,成為心中坐上第一名寶座。我點了一碗綜合麵線,刻意點是小碗,以免到時候吃撐了會影響最後的評價。這裡是半自助的狀態,點餐後要自己端進來找座位。環境很乾淨,燈光也明亮,有冷氣加上電風扇,就算今天有30度也吃的會很爽吧。麵線上面有蚵仔,也有滷大腸,他們會問要不要加蒜泥跟香菜,我都加了,我的前一位客人就選擇不加香菜跟蒜泥醬。帶著好奇找到座位,一開始我並沒有攪拌,而是分別品嚐了蚵仔跟滷大腸,以免影響了我也覺得判斷,果然是對的。先說蚵仔,外面包裹的粉並不會太重,應該是為了調味,所以單獨挑出來吃很有滋味,個頭挺大的,咀嚼起不會有軟爛的感覺,又能夠感覺到海鮮那種獨有的氣息。小碗總共是五顆,後面兩顆我就伴著的蒜泥跟香菜入口,覺得就有點多餘了,因為新鮮的蚵仔實在是不必這樣的額外紅花加綠葉,他就是可以獨立成一道風味。大腸,在永和有很多各門派的滷味攤位,在「陳記」的大腸一點都不輸給他們。同樣的單獨取用,未做任何攪拌,滷得怎可如此到位?覺得想來杯好酒,這個大腸根本就是下酒菜呀!走心了,快回場啦,還沒有吃到今天的主角—麵線。我小口小口的吃著麵線,我問自己是什麼口感呢?對了!就像是在吃細細的麵筋,若有似無的帶有嚼勁可是卻一咬就斷。所以,我就像吃飯一樣慢慢嚼著吃完這一整碗的麵線,這樣的勾芡比例也很合宜,我最怕吃到很濃的勾芡毁掉食材本身,應該是為了裹住味道而不是只是增加濃稠度,「陳記」把這個點抓的感覺還蠻可以。綜合的來說,這一碗麵線可以說是交響樂的演出,可以各自精彩卻又同台合作無間。如果您也像我一樣第一次來吃,這個第一碗會想要建議您不要加香菜跟蒜泥,先品嚐這些食材主角與配角的較勁,下次再加上其他香氣的刺激吧。 後記:另外有每週必吃陳記麵線的好友告知,萬華本店的才好吃,永和的陳記分店差了一截。看來是無法善了此事,只好擇日再去萬華衝一波。
