每次去,都要先被門口面無表情的男店員冷淡請去排隊(罰站),不同時段至少都30分鐘起跳! 不會再去,其他櫃點或許是更好的選擇。

排隊等超久,都已經4組客人出來,半小時也不放人進去,整間店很low,故意讓客人在外面排隊,營造熱絡的氣氛。仿效華泰outlet那些美系入門品牌的做法,非常不入流。 整個信義區高檔品牌,從百達翡麗、愛馬仕、VCA都不用排隊就可以看得出來Chanel有多弱,品牌質量不夠,就靠讓客人排隊來當作免費宣傳。 心情實在太差,排到不爽直接放棄排隊,到對面的愛馬仕怒刷70萬。結果在店裡也有別組客人是在對面等到火大的貴婦,生氣到來愛馬仕買傢俱。建議Chanel跟法國瑞士的頂級品牌學一下,不要整天學MK或是Coach,不長進。

服務的那個女店員,態度不知道在兇幾點的?好像我已經請她拿100個包包給我看一樣,這是香奈兒品牌店的服務?超爛!還是看人買不起嗎? 以上是兩年前留的評論 再補一下2022年的,這間店過了兩年態度還是一樣爛,現在疫情要排隊沒錯,但男店員就是一副排隊喔排隊喔,你就是排隊就對了那種態度,過了兩年服務還一樣差的香奈兒非這裡莫屬了。

我們家只是奈米戶,這次遇到的sa 人還不錯,但整個服務過程都一直在等待(好像是同一個人服務兩三組客人),熱門款一樣沒有貨要排隊,那天順便帶走我的天菜流浪包~ 希望可以快點被offer經典款?

排隊真的沒完沒了的,店外人龍排一小時一點都不誇張!大概是人數限制再加上櫃姐人數不足,店內基本上是一位服務一組顧客(直到你買單才會放過你)但至少櫃姐很有誠意拿出來提供試戴和擺拍!sogo BF4 櫃姐直接看顧客穿著,睜眼說瞎話(皮夾全數賣光喔、耳環也都沒有了)我心裡想是整間店被搶劫嗎! 要買小香皮件和耳飾只能在這間,101是沒有賣的喔!結帳速度也真的是超級超級慢的,理解品牌的謹慎,但整個流程實在太荒謬,刷卡、包裝都像是消失的密室一樣!結賬搞了快15分鐘至少…而且全程購買萬元耳環竟然也沒有「座位」一旁突然出現拿礦泉水的服務人員,詢問她可不可以拿水時,態度不情願和好像看你可憐一樣的態度… 真的買奢侈品還要看負責員人品啊!

Trash mentality. Ginza deals with mainland customers and still offers great service. Taiwan Chanel get real.
