★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 人生遇過最爛櫃哥櫃姐，站外場那兩個態度真的很沒禮貌，連抬頭都沒有就直接說沒貨，原本想進去消費，搞到心情都沒有，只好把錢拿去隔壁品牌，台灣有那麼多香奈兒真的不用來這間，裡面的員工應該通通叫回去員工訓練吧！員工素質特別不專業，印象非常差
The worst cabinet brother and sister I have ever met in my life. Those two attitudes outside the field were really rude. They said that they were out of stock without even raising their heads. I wanted to go in and spend, but I was not in the mood, so I had to take the money next door. Brand, there are so many Chanel in Taiwan who really don't use this room, the staff inside should be called back to staff training! The quality of the staff is particularly unprofessional, and the impression is very poor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 去過這麼多櫃完全沒遇過態度這麼差的櫃哥櫃姐，詢問包款也都直接回應沒貨，感覺非常不專業。服務業應該對每位客人都有應有的基本禮貌，不該因為自己的情緒或是顧客的衣著而有所不同，應加強改善。印象超級差，寧願去別的櫃上買再也不會踏進這家香奈兒！
I have been to so many cabinets and I have never met the cabinet brother and cabinet sister with such a bad attitude. When asked about the package price, they all responded directly to the lack of stock, which felt very unprofessional. The service industry should have the basic courtesy to each customer, and should not be different because of their own emotions or the clothes of customers, and should strengthen and improve. The impression is super bad, I would rather go to other cabinets to buy and never step into this Chanel again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 很幸運第一次靠櫃就碰到天使櫃姐Amber，先去晶華店，同天下午又去復興店想說都留資料，抱持著要等半年一年的心理準備，希望有天會收到櫃姐通知夢寐以求的包到貨，沒想到之後真的有收到訊息，不管是第一次去櫃上還是買包結帳，Amber態度都很親切，大推Amber!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 假日門市看包的人滿多的，一進門口站著3位服務員好像不太想接待，忽然一位櫃姐路過問我想找什麼款、陸續從抽屜拿了幾款廢包給我挑，沒5分鐘就很順利買到小廢包，結帳時櫃姐直接請我到衣物間坐著等結帳喝水，有賓至如歸感覺。門市秋冬貨款滿多的，看到好幾個代購網紅小包店裡都有貨。
During the holiday store, there were so many people looking at the bags. As soon as I entered the door, three waiters didn’t seem to want to receive them. Suddenly a cabinet sister passed by and asked me what kind of bags I’d like to find. I bought the small waste bag smoothly in less than 5 minutes. When I checked out, the cabinet sister directly invited me to sit in the clothing room and wait for the checkout to drink water. I felt at home. The store has a lot of money for autumn and winter, and I saw several shopping online celebrity pouch shops have goods.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這家香奈兒來過兩次，由不同人服務，雖然服務不及高雄優良，但已經是台北服務最好的櫃位，建議在台北消費可以來這邊。
This Chanel has been here twice and served by different people. Although the service is not as good as Kaohsiung, it is already the best service counter in Taipei. It is recommended to come here for consumption in Taipei.
