I was attended by Joan (clothes & bags) and Katherine (jewellery) and I’m very happy with their polite and efficient service! Both enquired on what I was looking for but not intrusive. Joan took the initiative to suggest different designs of tops and jackets to me, showed me the available bags, brooches and wallets. As I prefer classic colours, I couldn’t find a bag with this season’s colours. Nonetheless, Joan showed me the new pieces of jackets and recommended a round neck light cardigan type which I bought. ☺️ Katherine was also respectful and quick to suggest different designs after I told her I was looking for earrings. She also showed me the new coco crush collection and I found she was very knowledgeable with her product information and efficient in delivering service to suit my needs. I bought a pair of coco crush loop earrings on a whim! I was just shopping today, but because of their efforts, I bought a cardigan shawl and a pair of coco crush earrings. This kind of service attitude is very good and I like it very much, I recommend it!

一週之內,挑平日晚上6-7點左右到,結果連兩次都是不得其門而入哩,讓我以為這店莫非是採預約制才能入內參觀選購...!?守在門口的小哥表示是不用預約啦、只是裡面剛好“有客人”所以要等、不確定等到何時才會輪到妳(但,探頭往門裡看是狀況是還好呀,看不出那麼多店員進進出出是在忙啥)~小哥的應對態度頗含糊,滿令人尷尬的、我想他自己內心也很尷尬吧,畢竟他可能是遵照公司教導的服務準則來“應付”客人?!很大牌啦,問朋友的體驗她也說了一樣的狀況(在台中)、還說一樣是精品在愛馬仕消費體驗就非常好、不會像香奈兒這樣愛理不理,很多年前去晶華的香奈兒消費體驗還蠻好的,沒想到多年之後在信義這家感覺非常冰冷,印象大壞,只好去看別的牌子了。

I think he is also very embarrassed. After all, he may be "coping" according to the service guidelines taught by the company. guest? ! It's a very big brand. When I asked my friend about her experience, she also said the same situation (in Taichung), and also said that the same is a boutique. The consumption experience at Hermès is very good, and I won't ignore it like Chanel. Chanel who went to Jinghua many years ago The consumption experience is quite good. I didn't expect that after many years in Xinyi, I felt very cold and had a bad impression, so I had to look at other brands.

Service is absolutely outrageous, there aren’t enough staffs to cater for customers. There is mess everywhere. Staffs do not speak very well English.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff that doesn't seem judgemental at all. They introduce their product well regardless you are intending to make a purchase or not.

The service that I experienced last night was absolutely horrible. I went into ur store wanting to buy a bag but I felt that the sales woman was looking down on me. I was on the sofa waiting for extremely long time. After 40 mins, security guard noticed that to help me out. Even though she contacted me afterwards she mistook me for somebody else. For a brand was such a good reputation but lack of professionalism at work.

I visited this outlet on 23rd April after work. As it was casual Friday, I was in my jeans and a backpack. At the time when I stepped into the shop, the number of stuff were more than the number of customers. You can see a group of the sales person just chatting away amongst themselves. I stood there about 10 mins obviously looking for someone to assist me, however, even though they were aware of me, but none of them offer to come and help. When I managed to get hold of someone, she said she was busy and paged another colleague. I obviously heard her asked the person whether he was attending to a customer, he said no. I could see him across the room, upon seeing me, he actually had the nerve to wave no and walked away pretending he was occupied. I told the sales lady seems like everyone is very busy doing nothing and just walked away. The whole incident was witnessed by the person who holds the door. First he has no courtesy to ask his colleague to attend to me and second, knowing I’m very upset, neither of them even bother to apologize. What a f@$k up service.
