Course design is pretty good with big wide fairways. Course maintenance is decent but played on too many secondary greens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Play here quite a bit because of its proximity from downtown Taipei. You really can’t find too many decent courses at less than 30 minute commute each way. That said, course layout is super wide on most holes (certainly not all). Green condition isn’t consistent (many rounds with bumpy or uncut surface). And if you play later in the morning (ie 9am onward), the place is PACKED. While most folks play fairy fast once teed off, it’s that first tee (or back nine in my case) that looks more like a parking lot. Again, the location of the course is my biggest and only draw, not the course itself. There are plenty of better options around Linkou area if you’re looking for quality and challenge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Played 27 holes myself (1 Ball) here in June 2018.40 minutes drive away from Xinyi District in Taiwan. Was a lovely and memorable experience! Beautiful golf course that is well maintained. Caddies here have a great service attitude and the club was very flexible in allowing myself to play alone even though they had a golf league going on. Bathroom facilities and club facilities are top notch. Will definitely return to play again.
