去年底在這間開戶,明明一個等候人員都沒有卻遲遲不叫號,不知道在拖什麼 去之前公司也有幫打電話說要辦薪轉戶,結果到現場一問三不知說什麼只有一般帳戶沒有薪轉戶,搞到最後開個戶拖拖拉拉害我回公司解釋也沒人相信 整間銀行不專業到一個極點,爛透了乾脆收掉好嗎

是因為彰銀是官股銀行還是老銀行, 還是因為中和立德街附近都是小工廠, 做企金就好不需要太理會個金, 年輕的行員不少, 但感覺被風氣帶的老化, 一點活力生氣都沒有, 有點感覺是特別訓練實習新生的銀行?反應速度慢了, 櫃檯兩位這主管還是也就躲在後面觀望一副不干我的事, 行員也只是點點頭完全不知道怎麼應對, 主管根本沒教育訓練吧? 感覺不是去辦事是去養老院, 整間服務極為緩慢, 要不就是裝模作樣一副很忙, 好比早期的公務體系, 大廳櫃檯至少四位人員滿載, 加上兩位諮詢 從差兩號但櫃檯只有一位客人開始等 後來沒有人了, 就整個前台拼老命點鈔, 埋頭苦幹, 站在大廳被當作人形立牌, 完全不叫號 主管管理方式絕對有問題, 如果這樣的模式不是從分行特定目的訂出來的, 就請彰銀需要檢討服務流程。真的考慮沒有必要的話, 不會願意再來特別浪費時間。
