因為卡片折到重辦，到了約定日去拿，行員卻不耐煩的說被別人拿走了
但是他根本沒認真找!難道他們都不會確認客戶的身分嗎?隨便一個人都能拿嗎?我有拿證件欸!!!
後來他才心不甘情不願的去問襄理才找到!
說卡片被拿走真的很嚇人，銀行行員做事難道都這麼隨便嗎?
