★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這麼多銀行,就彰化銀行服務最差,有次去了福和分行,他們只顧做自己的事情和聊天,整個銀行就我一個,我抽號碼牌站等了很久,看著四個女行員聚在一起聊天,完全不叫號,還一直瞄我,我以為有注意到我我就繼續等,沒想到還是鳥都不鳥。 去了其他分行也一樣,感覺就是故意讓人等,完全不想服務人,他們這種心態,做事當然非常隨便,出包很正常的。 勸大家趕快換別家銀行吧!
With so many banks, Changhua Bank’s service is the worst. Once I went to the Fuhe branch. They just did their own things and chatted. The whole bank was me. I took the number plate and waited for a long time, watching the four female bankers gather. We chatted together, didn't call numbers at all, and kept aiming at me. I thought I would wait until I noticed it, but I didn't expect that the birds would still be birds. The same is true when I go to other branches. I feel that I am deliberately waiting for people and don't want to serve people at all. Their mentality, of course, is very casual, and it is normal to provide packages. Advise everyone to change to another bank as soon as possible!

這樣就算了一直聽到行員跟客人那邊主動開話題閒聊 動作很慢結束那一組整理資料很正常 但又等了10幾分鐘正常嗎 真的是沒看過那麼久的銀行偏偏公司又要無言
