★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 真的是很不愉快的經驗，櫃檯人員還不錯！但電話客服真的很差勁！我開戶時還沒上班被告知卡要好了再通知，結果通知時已經開始上班了！時間根本沒辦法，想說打電話去詢問是否有其他方法可以解決，結果居然說我早知道有這種問題當初就要在櫃檯提出來。真是不好意思我沒有早知道，早知道我就不打這通電話浪費你我的時間、還要聽你不耐煩的口氣！你們櫃檯跟我聊工作聊那麼開心她們也沒早知道呀！早知道我就去學個占卜我就不用遇到你。要不是工作需要真的沒想過要踏進去呀！早知道會遇到你我乾脆這份工作也不要好了！真的是早知道耶～
