這櫃檯態度也太差了吧,到底人員有沒有經過受訓丟臉,開個薪轉戶還要被刁,公司名稱也沒問隨便打一通電話去問有沒有這人入取,廢話當然沒有啊!! 然後就不給開戶,給了正確名稱 問到了才給開。 結果 開完戶後卻不給提款卡,說什麼要薪水入帳才願意給申請提款卡,還一直狂說為什麼今天來辦不明天再來辦,都請假來辦了,為何還要等到隔天才能辦,什麼鬼邏輯,因為大家假都很多嗎?說請就請嗎! 自己不爽發洩到民眾身上。也太差了,就因為妳之後還得再請一天來辦提款卡受氣。 行員態度實在是太差,筆、紙用丟的!不需要這樣吧!我們就是一般善良老百姓而已⋯⋯人善被人欺!怒!!!

跑過6~8間開戶的手續,員林彰銀真的是效率最差的一間,前面號碼只有2人,排隊加跑流程花費超過2小時… 然後開戶又設計很多非常多餘的流程,顧客意見啊…網銀輸入時,電腦還異常,送出沒成功卻跳出,資料又要重填一次,連行員也傻眼!! 很多銀行都已經有線上開戶申請,到銀行現場辦理便省去很多手續。彰銀是還活在舊石器時代嗎?我知道手續繁複不是現場行員的問題,是內部設計的問題,拜託高層不要爽領錢,內部卻沒有求新求進步。 讓人一點都不會想在彰銀貸款或有其他現金往來…

中午前往辦理開戶,由於前面還有人也是要開戶,所以承辦人員要我一個多小時後再來並給我號碼牌。 過了一個多小時,我再度前往,守衛已經記得我曾來過,門口負責量體溫的小姐還幫我詢問等待時間,詢問後過沒多久馬上就排到我了。 承辦人員張先生服務很好,事前已經先告知我開戶需要準備的東西,因此整個辦理開戶的過程辦得很順利,謝謝您!
