★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 工作人員態度惡劣，載著殘障的家人辦理結清事項，等了大半天讓殘障人士一度坐不住，來催促還是慢吞吞的辦理，櫃員一點專業能力都沒有，搞半天，實在是很差勁，什麼服務，效率，創新真的很諷刺。
