很早之前在哪裡被推銷買了儲蓄險,當時專員還一直半強迫推銷買高一點,半推半就買了一筆,後續有一些問題要詢問專員就不知道換了幾個,有些部分和當初推銷的專員說的完全不一樣,找到本人後她完全不認帳,還用很討厭的口氣說難道你老公繳不出來嗎==一整個很讓人不愉悅的經驗 後續一些扣款部分要詢問,每次打去不是又換專員就是專員不在,每次幾乎等不到回覆電話,又要自己再打去,一樣的問題不同人接回答都不一樣,查來查去又要我等回覆電話,或叫我自己打電話給人壽客服,常常答非所問,或是不耐煩~~ 那些坐在小辦公室的專員,都不比櫃檯專員或樓上的專員,專業度親切度,服務態度都比人家差,不懂在傲嬌什麼,當初只會為了強業績,得到業績後態度差超級多,而且一直在換人,售後服務差評,我以後不會在這裡規劃理財了
