每一次到彰化銀行的感受都一樣!
十多個客人等待,只開兩個服務窗口,偶爾還只剩一個!!
只是繳費,等了快一個小時;一度懷疑接洽的行員是聽障人士,不僅面無表情,最基本的一句您好、謝謝、不好意思久等了都沒有,從接觸到離開,我竟然跟行員一句話都沒說⋯

這次抽一般業務又不對了,等了十分鐘跟我說要抽綜合業務,看到辦公區域寫服務效率創新簡直是最大的諷刺
