不曉得這銀行怎麼營業的? 辦理開卡業務1小時(只有我自己一人),拿卡又要15分鐘, 不曉得業務流程有多複雜? 去ATM換密碼卻因為他們標示不清,機器沒金融卡選項而被鎖卡,要自費50開卡。我輸入的還是他們給的密碼。
