受理綜合服務真正在流通的只有一個櫃檯 排兩個人可以排到兩個小時！只能在位置上乾等不知道什麼時候輪到

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 雖然櫃檯很多，但真正流動的就固定幾個，有些就是不會叫號，不然就是和顧客聊天，明明就沒什麼人，但都要等20分以上～
而且某個行員都會問和業務無相關的事情，不然就是一直看別人的簿子內容，感覺很不好~
Although there are a lot of counters, there are only a few that are really mobile, some just don’t call numbers, or just chat with customers, obviously there are no people, but you have to wait more than 20 minutes~
And a certain clerk will ask about things that are not related to the business, otherwise it will always look at the contents of other people's books, which feels very bad~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 效率之低令人難以想像，一般櫃檯只開三個，還任由別人插隊。櫃檯內坐了近10個冗員，坐在椅子上耍廢。人家全聯還會「請支援收銀」，這官股銀行職員只會坐後面喝茶?⋯⋯最多人需求的綜合服務項目，永遠只有一個人在忙。以小窺大，之前會經營不善到接近倒閉不是沒有道理

Nearly 10 redundant staff sat in the counter, sitting on the chairs playing waste. Renjia Quanlian will also "please support the cashier". The staff of the official stock bank will only sit back and drink tea.........the most demanded comprehensive service project, there will always be only one person busy. It’s not unreasonable to see the big picture in a small way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次來這開戶，發現好多櫃檯，但事實上只有2-3個櫃檯在排，裡面好像還有很多人但卻只低著頭做自己的事情，或是在喝茶聊天。
挺特別的畫面，難怪大家都等那麼久。
挺差的一次體驗...
The first time I came here to open an account, I found a lot of counters, but in fact there were only 2-3 counters in the row. There seemed to be a lot of people inside but they only lowered their heads to do their own things, or were drinking tea and chatting.
It's a very special picture, no wonder everyone has waited so long.
Very poor experience...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務態度超差，連續轉接三個人都好像欠他們很多錢一樣，最後一個還講到後面直接掛我電話就都沒後續了，一顆星還給多了
The service attitude is very bad. It seems as if three people owe them a lot of money to transfer three people in a row. The last one even talked about hanging up my phone immediately and there was no follow-up. One star was paid back.

終於結清帳戶了，高興的是以後再也不用去哪種鳥效率的爛銀行浪費我的生命！哈哈哈……

The guy returned me more than 5 times just for open an bank account and tooooo slow
He didn’t provide proper information that what you need for open an bank account, he will tell you one day one information, finally I will say if you are a foreigner and want to open an account here I will say better find another branch
Note : if you want to open an account in this branch better eat your breakfast and lunch hahahaha
One of the worst branch in Taiwan
