★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 無論是行員甚至連警衛先生的服務都很親切有禮，尤其當我去辦理「小資帳戶」的開戶和定存時，對一堆規定有看沒有懂一頭霧水...警衛大哥都不厭其煩地跟我解說和線上教我設定操作，其熟悉度完全不輸給專業的彰銀行員耶!?
難怪我們公司會把那麼多的存款和薪資帳戶交給彰銀去承辦管理，果真是有它們的優點，比起我前幾天去花蓮的郵政總局要辦定存時惹來一肚子氣好太多了，早知道服務差這麼多，以後把錢存彰銀就好!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 效率太差，五個櫃檯都有行員在作業，我來兩次辦理業務，每次都要等半個小時以上，不知道櫃檯到底在忙什麼，重點是現場排隊的也只有三個人，行員至少十個人，我1015抽號碼牌1056才辦完業務。
