從沒遇過現場開戶也不能馬上拿金融卡... 建議我線上申辦,跟我說可以分行取卡也能寄到家。我以為能現場馬上拿,何必還要等他寄,結果是要3天才能拿...當下分行說送出不行更改。 回家打到客服,客服說沒權限更正,可能要問分行,那請問客服能幹嘛? 因為臨櫃小姐說不領卡,數位網銀也能使用。 我以為是我辦好就有帳戶先給公司做行政安排。 結果網銀一直登入不了,就打到分行詢問,轉了4、5通分機,不是前面已經有機器分類問題了嗎?結果好幾個接起來不會處理,把我推來推去,然後獲得最後答案很簡單,就是還要2、3天審核,通過了才有帳戶跟能使用網銀。 臨櫃小姐很親切,但重要資訊的傳達真的有待加強。 轉接的人,不清楚業務就亂轉,真的讓人過程很不舒服。 我是做服務業的,都會特別體諒跟同理服務業,這次實在滿傻眼;加上我開過7家銀行的戶,第一次無法馬上取卡,還搞到這麼生氣。

The teller who help me did not explain the procedure clearly and I paid 100 NTD without getting anything and need to pay another 50 NTD next week to get the deposit letter.
