★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 當初要開立帳戶的時候行員一直說無法開立一般有存摺的帳戶，一直鼓吹我們開立數位帳戶，還說什麼優惠比較多。結果現在要領錢的時候還說一定要用提款卡並且一天最多只能領15萬，還不能提高上限，如此的不方便，要這樣的帳戶有什麼用？這就是這間彰化銀行的服務，行員為了業績而矇騙我們開立數位帳戶。建議下次要開戶的朋友問清楚有哪些限制，免得一肚子氣還浪費時間。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff but risible time-consuming procedures for updating information. Premises look like they have not been updated since the 1970s.
Charging NT$100 to replace an ATM card that has fallen apart is daylight robbery as is taking a week to replace it. Other banks I have used in Taiwan and Hong Kong have the cards to issue immediately.
Overall a frustrating and disheartening experience.
