★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因為金融卡跟印章遺失很緊張打去問，服務台接電話的先生很有心說要幫我問其他櫃員，真的很暖心
Because the financial card and the seal were lost, I was nervous to ask. The gentleman who answered the phone at the desk was very willing to ask me to ask other tellers. It was really warm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 銀行業務人員不錯但是總機人員太瞎，對於一個沒跑過銀行辦理東西的人怕要辦理的業務東西沒帶足先電話詢問過辦理網路銀行需要帶什麼？對方就跟我說存摺印章跟身份證就好.....
一去到現場，抽了號碼牌好不容易輪到了我，我說要辦理網路銀行！服務人員問我說：那你雙證件跟存摺印章有帶嗎？我說啊我打來問說需要帶什麼才能辦理你們也沒說雙證件現在居然跟我說要雙證件？最後也浪費了時間卻沒辦成事情。結論就是總機你可以再瞎一點
The banking staff is good but the switchboard staff is too blind. For a person who has not run through the bank to handle things, he did n’t take enough phone calls to ask what he needs to bring online banking. The other person just told me that the passbook stamp and ID are just fine ...
As soon as I arrived at the scene, it was my turn to draw the number plate. I said that I had to apply for online banking! The service staff asked me: Then do you have a double certificate with a passbook stamp? I said, I called to ask what I need to bring to apply. You did n’t say that you have a double certificate. You actually told me that you need a double certificate? In the end, time wasted but nothing happened. The conclusion is that you can be blind a little bit more.

服務台的小姐動作真的是神慢
來拿卡不知道要按什麼服務
就按服務台的 結果依舊等半小時後
跟我說你可能要重排，領卡是去櫃檯？
整整等了一個多小時。
什麼服務 不會寫清楚一點嗎
看我排這麼久也不會直接幫我處理
整個後面行程都白排了。
