★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 非常不專業，我也是白跑好幾趟，補辦存摺時就先問是否可以代領，回答可以，存摺不能馬上領，說要寄回去原發行，半個月了還沒送出，終於可以領時當天問了代理人名字，人到了，又莫名其妙來電說，不能代領哦=_=那之前一開始說可以！
剛剛那通電話也說可以，也問名字，是怎樣？
沒有人可以像你們這麼閒只會一直做這些無聊事好嗎
