非常好的課程! 對於第一次接觸搏擊類運動的我 教練從基本的體適能、步伐、移動方式到如何正確的發力、出拳出腿的力量帶動流程都一一詳細的說明和調整姿勢 讓姿體協調障礙的我重複健到選擇我想要學習的搏擊運動類型精進一步一步的往準備比賽邁進 我覺得搏擊類運動可以讓我重新審視自己的體能 畢竟不一定以往”自以為”身體不錯被放到擂台上交由”對手”為你審視 技擊也讓我更清楚的定義所謂的狼性與鬥志、仁慈與偽善之間的區別 非常推薦大家嘗試!
