一次200 買多張才有優惠 最低130/張
而且裡面設施極少 空間小 想練一個肌群只有1-2台有相關
我在台北讀書 幾乎每一區都有社區運動中心 裡面的健身房大概是這裡的四倍大 一小時收費50 沒有會員制
然後高雄市區有一分鐘一塊的健身房 岡山的選擇真的少

I am studying in Taipei. There are community sports centers in almost every district. The gym inside is about four times the size of the one here. It costs 50 per hour and has no membership.
Then there is a one-minute gym in downtown Kaohsiung. There are really few options in Okayama.

Signing up for coach Yajun’s course is super recommended, the people are very kind, and the students are thoughtful, and they will try to help the students solve their problems. Every time I come to exercise, I feel good and relaxed, and I use humor to make people laugh.

而且亞峻教練教課很親切，推推。 運動完樓下全家還可以補充一下熱量，重點是有奶昔啊！愛死了
The group lessons are free and the teachers are great. I can only say that it is small and practical.
Moreover, coach Yajun teaches very kindly and pushes. After exercising, the whole family can add calories downstairs, the point is to have milkshakes! Love to death

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 對 健身設備 不熟悉 問了 店員 (店員沒事情站著) 卻只會 出張嘴 離設備 3公尺 死都 不會示範教學 換了 另一個 店員 也很敷衍的 單手 弄幾下
真的 很不專業 小小一間的 健身房 收費 也很貴 大家三思 !!
I’m not familiar with fitness equipment. I asked the clerk (the clerk is standing with nothing to do), but he only opens his mouth and is 3 meters away from the equipment.
It's really unprofessional. The fee for a small gym is also very expensive. Think twice!!

好停車，樓下就是便利商店，運動前後補給超方便。
缺點器材少了點
