★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 圖書館寒暑假會辦理兒童營隊，平日也有社區的課程供民眾學習，缺點是停車很不方便。
 The library will handle children's camps during the winter and summer vacations. There are also community courses for the public to study on a daily basis. The disadvantage is that parking is very inconvenient.

彰化縣立圖書館，民國72年 (1983) 竣工落成，外觀上雖然還是承襲了現代主義的幾何形式，但這是「轉化幾何現代風格」的重要例子，建築師漢寶德以紅磚「斗子砌」做為其外表的建材，將鄉土的元素帶入都市公共空間，在形式則是以斜線與幾何形體，來呼應基地的周邊環境。

Changhua County Library was completed in 1983. Although it still inherits the geometric form of modernism in appearance, it is an important example of "transforming geometric modern style." The architect Han Baode used the red brick "Douzi "Masonry" is used as the building material for its exterior, bringing local elements into the urban public space, and in the form of diagonal lines and geometric shapes to echo the surrounding environment of the site.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1樓建議快裝紗門，不然邊打蚊子邊看書真的很累，去就被叮個幾包，還要幫小孩狂噴防蚊液⋯
On the 1st floor, it is recommended to install the screen door quickly, otherwise it will be really tiring to read a book while fighting mosquitoes, and you will be bitten a few bags when you go, and you have to spray mosquito repellent for the children...

來此的遊客可將車輛停放在藝術館旁的停車場。然後順便逛逛美術館。
?圖書館内燈光適中，地板明亮几淨。各種書籍分門别類整理得宜。民衆前來借書井然有序。
?這是合乎國際水準的5星級圖書館。
?A library where you can enjoy happiness in tranquility. It is right next to the Welcome Gate of Bagua Mountain.
Visitors here can park their vehicles in the parking lot next to the art gallery. Then stop by the art gallery.
?The lighting in the library is moderate, and the floor is bright and clean. Books are well organized into categories. People came to borrow books in an orderly manner.
