Changhua County Art Museum

Various n cultural spot!!

Although a big building there's not much to see. But it's Free entrance and the items are nice.

Less than ten visitors were there when I visited it on a weekday afternoon. Three levels with respectable exhibition, only if many more visitors were there to share it.

Good art is intelligible and comprehensible. Bad art is unintelligible and incomprehensible. The more that art restricts itself to a particular audience, the more obscure and incomprehensible it becomes to people outside that particular audience. Good art is not confusing and incomprehensible to most people. To the contrary, good art can communicate its meaning to most people, because it expresses its meaning in a way which can be understood by everyone.art is good if it is judged to be good by the majority of people. Indeed, a great work of art is only great if it can be understood by everyone. If it is not admitted that art must be intelligible and comprehensible, then any unintelligible or incomprehensible expression of thoughts or feelings may be called "art." If any incomprehensible form of personal expression may be called "art," then the definition of art gradually loses its meaning, until it has no meaning at all.

Small museum / medium sized gallery. A nice space to display art.

Went with the students I'm volunteering with and was pleasantly surprised to see an exhibit about Alice in Wonderland and other fairy tales. The galleries are nicely laid out and with a medal line that is worked into the rooms so it's not in your face but expected that you keep your distance from the pieces. Every floor has a different focus and all the staff are very happy to tell you all about the work put into each piece. Very pleasant visit

Not big but a very cosy museum with three floors of different exhibitions. Balcony area on the second floor is accessible from outside via the ground level, and leads up to the Baguan mountain behind it.
