I called to ask about the tax bill, the phone line was a little busy and waited for a while, but after connecting, the attitude was very kind and quickly answered! So give five stars!

用活人查出死人說死人也要繳稅 那能不能燒金紙？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我去彰化花壇監理站辦理汽車停駛過戶時，你們稅務局在那邊的櫃臺小姐服務態度不好，他們當時沒事坐在那裡，對於第一次賣車的我詢問時態度非常冷漠，甚至可說「懶得理你」來形容，我沒得到任何幫助。我覺得既然稅務局在那裡設點，就應該有些服務熱忱，幫民眾解決問題，不然乾脆去工廠上班。他們的態度令人失望，服務熱忱需要提升！
